FINE ART
From oil paintings on canvas to screenprints on paper and aerosol murals on concrete. I’ve evaluated works of fine art by Thomas Hart Benton, Alex Katz, David Hockney, Basquiat, Banksy, and many more.

PHOTOGRAPHS
From 19th century daguerreotypes and albumens to 20th century gelatin silver prints and Kodachrome slides. I've appraised historic and fine art photographs by Helmut Newton, Cartier-Bresson, Dorothea Lange, Walker Evans and others, and discovered some of the earliest known color images of Pacific Northwest Native American tribes.

BOOKS
From 15th century volumes to modern first editions and everything in between. I've curated books for the Museum of Natural History and appraised works from the personal collections of Truman Capote, Ringo Starr, Stanley Kubrick, Tennessee Williams, and more.

FILMS
From nitrate films to 35mm, 16mm, and 8mm films on acetate and polyester, to VHS video tape and U-matic cassettes. I’ve researched unique footage of iconic personalities such as John F. Kennedy and Judy Garland, and identified previously unknown examples of silent era films such as the exotic 1914 feature “The Naulahka.”

RECORDINGS
From vinyl and shellac records to cassette tapes and reel-to-reel recordings. I've researched demo tracks by John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix, and discovered long lost recordings by Janis Joplin and Harlem jazz great Charlie Johnson.
